Refund Policy

💫 Codex Collective Refund Policy
Effective Date: August 1, 2025
This Refund Policy applies to all digital products, services, coaching, and programs sold via www.codexcollective.net and affiliated platforms.
1. 💻 Digital Products (Instant Downloads, Templates, Scrolls, Pre-Recorded Courses)
Refund Eligibility:
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
Time Frame:
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances beyond 24 hours from the time of purchase and only if the product has not been accessed or downloaded.
Conditions for Refund:

Must email refund request within 24 hours

Download/viewing activity must not show as initiated

Refund may be full or partial depending on evidence of access
Refund Type: Full refund if eligible
2. 🎓 Live Group Programs & Events (Workshops, Webinars, Masterclasses)
Refund Eligibility:
You may request a partial refund up to 7 days before the event begins.
Time Frame:

100% refund if canceled within 24 hours of purchase, and the event has not yet started

50% refund if requested 7 days or more before the event
-
No refund if canceled within 6 days or less of the event start date
Conditions for Refund:

Refund request must be submitted by email (support@codexcollective.net)

Access to any pre-event materials or sessions forfeits refund eligibility
-
If you cannot attend, we allow a 1-time transfer of your registration to another person or credit toward a future offering (valid for 90 days)
Refund Type: Full or partial depending on timeline and access
3. 🌟 1:1 Services (Coaching, Consulting, Healing Sessions)
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are available for private sessions only under the following conditions.
Time Frame:

100% refund for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session

50% refund for cancellations made 24–48 hours before the session

No refund if canceled within 24 hours or for no-shows
Conditions for Refund:

Sessions must be unused and not rescheduled already
-
Sessions rescheduled once may not be refunded thereafter
-
Emergency circumstances may be reviewed case-by-case for credit
Refund Type: Full or partial depending on notice
4. 🔁 Subscriptions & Memberships (Monthly/Annual Plans)
Refund Eligibility:

All subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date

Refunds are only provided for first-time subscriptions canceled within 48 hours of payment

No refunds on recurring charges or partial billing cycles
Time Frame:

Cancel at least 48 hours before renewal to avoid future charges

Refund request for first-time purchase must be made within 48 hours
Conditions for Refund:

Must not have accessed or downloaded any premium content during that time

No refunds for failure to cancel
Refund Type: Full (first-time purchase only)
5. ❤️ Exceptional Circumstances (Illness, Emergency, Death in Family)
While we stand by the policies outlined above, we recognize that emergencies and life changes happen. In such cases, we may issue:

A credit toward a future offering (valid for 90 days), or
-
A partial refund, if reviewed and approved by our leadership team

6. 📬 How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
7. 🧿 Final Notes
By purchasing from Codex Collective, you agree to abide by this refund policy and acknowledge the energetic and creative value of our work. We reserve the right to deny refunds that do not comply with the above conditions.
Our intention is fairness, clarity, and mutual respect.
