🔹 Digital Products (Courses, Scrolls, Activations)

Digital items are delivered instantly or within 15 minutes to your email or member portal.
If you haven’t received your download, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us:

🔹 Physical Products (Books, Apparel, Certificates, Custom Orders)

• Processing Time: 3–7 business days

• U.S. Delivery: 3–5 business days

• International Delivery: 7–21 business days depending on location and customs

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

 

🔹 Shipping Costs

• U.S. Shipping: Flat rate or real-time calculated at checkout

• International Shipping: Calculated at checkout

  • Customs, VAT, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility

 

🔹 Preorders & Made-to-Order Items

Some items are made-to-order or offered as preorders. Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page. If you order multiple items, we may hold them to ship together.

 

🔹 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your order is:

• Damaged: Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

• Delayed: If not received within 15 (U.S.) or 30 (international) business days, contact us.

We’ll investigate and offer a replacement if eligible.

 

🔹 Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
