I didn’t learn Spiral Living from a textbook.
I learned it while I was losing everything.

I owned a multi million dollar company, and lost it.…
Raising five children alone…
Healing from a misdiagnosis that nearly killed me…

Fighting broken systems that seemed to be coming at me from every angle....

 

And being dragged through those broken system that tried to silence my voice.
That’s when the spiral found me. I kept asking:
“Why am I back here again? Why do I keep breaking just when I’m about to rise?”

And then it hit me— I wasn’t going backward. I was spiraling deeper.

Every breakdown was a deeper return. Every repeated pattern was a higher initiation.
I wasn’t stuck—I was being reshaped.

 

The healing wasn’t linear. The leadership wasn’t polished.
The breakthrough came after the burn. And the center of the storm?
That became my calm. That’s when I began to map what I now call Spiral Living—
A lived experience–informed system that holds survivors, leaders, and soul-seekers through their return to self.

It weaves together what I’ve lived and what I’ve learned,
